FRESH BUCKS CUSTOM DESIGN
At Fresh Bucks Custom Design our customers remain foremost in our plans and goals. From the initial consultation, through the design phase and final production, we realize that each new project must reflect our customer’s specific needs. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

GARMENT DETAILS:
- Price based on Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Jerzees, Anvil 100% cotton 5.6oz t-shirts, size S-XL.
- Per garment, add $2.00 per size 2XL and up. Up to 5X available in some brands.
- Per garment, Bella Canvas and other Premium brands start at $2.00.
- Hundreds of other items are available. Ask for pricing.
SCREEN / PRINT CHARGES:
- Screen Fee: $15 per color. Reorders with exact same artwork(within 5 business days from order completion), $7.50 per color.
- No screen fee on orders over 100 pcs.
- Ink Change: $10 per color per design location. 8 garment minimum.
- Prints on dark shirts may require a white underbase, billed as an additional color.
- Normal max print size: 12'' wide x 12'' tall .
- Jumbo Printing: up to 18''wide x 24'' tall: add $.50 per color.
- Ink Options
- Standard plastisol: no additional charge.
- Discharge (plasticharge)/waterbase: add $.50 for the first color, $.15 per additional color.
- PEASE NOTE: Color matching is not available with discharge printing. Colors may vary from garment to garment and run to run.
- Metallic/shimmer ink: add $.25 per color.
- Foil: add $2.50 per garment (some restrictions apply).
- Other specialty inks such as high density, puff, suede, glow in the dark, etc. are available. Call for more info.
- Ink Mixing- $30 ink mixing fee per color for.
- PMS color match: 30.00 per color (PMS number must be supplied). We have many standard colors and can usually get a close match to your PMS number or artwork file for free. Please note that colors in digital mock-ups may vary from final print. (PMS Color Chart is available in downloads.)
- Simulated Process printing/ CMYK: add $1.50 per garment + $50 set-up on white shirts. Add $2.50 per garment + $75 set-up on dark shirts. Minimum 50 shirts. Some restrictions and requirements apply. Contact us for more info.
- Screen printed tags: tag removal: $1.75 per garment Tag print: billed as separate print location (1 screen Minimum).
- Heat Transfers: Custom names (up to 2'' tall): $3.50 per garment. Custom numbers (up to 10'' tall, 2 digit max): $3.50 per garment.
- INDIVIDUAL SHIRTS (Garments 6 and under) start at $25, $2 per additional color ( Heat Transfer Vinyl will be used for individual shirts).
We can print almost anywhere on a garment as long as it fits within our maximum print size. Prints over seams, collars, zippers, sleeves, and pockets are sold as-is. We'll help you with the artwork and suggest print options so that your design will print successfully but please note that non-traditional prints may get distorted, resulting in a thicker or thinner ink deposits and a more distressed appearance. We print over seams often and are able to achieve great results, but we will not be held accountable for any flaws under these circumstances. Contact us for more details about unique print locations. Special/Complex Order Handling: Orders that require special attention or unique service are subject to additional charges. May include unwrapping or unfolding of individually wrapped/folded items, etc. We will notify you if this is the case.
